If you, like me, are a normal (ish) person... how do you find balance in this crazy, loud fast paced world? Here's a few tips.

1. Master a skill. Find immense pleasure in becoming very good at something that you really enjoy doing.

2. Living in your reality. What does it really feel like to clean your teeth or walk down the stairs or get dressed mindfully?

3. Create daily microbreaks. Allow yourself to stop completely for a couple of minutes and notice your surroundings, smells, sounds etc.

4. Don't multitask. This is a good way to lose touch with the here and now so instead just try to focus on one thing at a time properly.

Enjoy today... moment by moment.
