Being mentally well or not-well happens in an instant. We can be perfectly fine in one moment and then in the next we can begin a decline into low-mood which may not be apparent for hours, days, weeks or months. The same can be said for the reverse... when we are low, mentally, we can feel trapped in that state thinking that life will always be like this. However, in an instant our wellness will change and gradually improve - over hours, days or weeks until we feel well again.
With the right support, techniques and belief we can all be well and stay well.
