when we get an ear ache or a horrid sore throat it feels awful right? but... when the pain is no longer there are we conscious of being pain free? or does it only occur to us when the pain comes back?
I often find that I focus more on my body when my hip hurts or my wrist is very painful, than when everything just seems to 'work fine'.
Gratitude is important and our health a 'gift'... practice, practice, practice
