At times we all struggle, feel low, let down or at our wits' end. When we experience these difficulties and have lost our natural balance, we must focus on returning to our breathing and small acts of Mindfulness. By encouraging ourselves to concentrate fully on small tasks we will regain stability, reduce panic and increase clarity enabling us to see what we need to do in this moment to cope.
