To be lazy or not lazy ...

robbunting

Have you ever thought about the difference between laziness and a lazy day?

We all can benefit from a 'lazy day' once in a while. It allows us the opportunity to choose to relax and not chase after all the 'stuff and noise' that we can so easily fill our lives with.

Whereas laziness is merely getting lost in drowsiness and the negativity of 'not-doing' which can easily lead to low mood and a lack of energy and drive. I know which one I choose. So for today let's not be lazy, but instead choose a lazy day.
