Who benefits when we practice Mindfulness?

I believe that in addition to the personal benefits that living a Mindful life brings ... like the ability to be present, the ability to accept all of our emotions and to not get swept away by our intrusive thoughts. For me, Mindfulness also benefits anyone and everyone that I come into contact with. If I am calmer and less reactive then this is a positive right? If I am present when someone is speaking they feel truly heard which is good... and if I can be peaceful and spread that peace and joy then other people may feel they want to do the same. We can all use Mindfulness to benefit each other and our World
