In our Minds, we tell ourselves stories about who we are and what we can achieve. But, these stories can create very limiting beliefs that then hold us back or distort our sense of reality. They can be negative loops of thought and we should challenge these negative beliefs. We can effectively do this by using our own names and asking questions...

"Rob, are you sure this worry is based on fact?" Or ... "Come on Rob let's look at this a different way.. ". Using our own name to rewrite loops of thought can be very effective.
