Being connected

We lost our Dad way too early, when he was still in his late 50s... I wear his ring which is very dear to me.

Interestingly, I see my Dad in me when I look at the shape of my hands. When I am struggling with a particular problem and am in need of his wisdom and advice I only need to look into my hand and there he is.

By recognising my similarities to him in me physically I am never without him, never alone. I see him in me which makes me proud.

We are all connected to the one we love even when they are no longer still with us.
