If we train our Minds to accept the ups and downs of our everyday, we can be peaceful and happy, whether we have lots or little. We will be less way'd down by fears and worries. We would see the colours more brightly. Being in a flow state also benefits those around us. Our friends, family and colleagues all benefit from our happy-ness and can 'feel' the calm that surrounds us.
But if we get stuck in the ups and downs, struggle against Life with a mindset of 'why me' and 'why now', then we increase our pain and our own internal suffering.
Smile, laugh and make the most of this day.
