Let's not do the angry thing ...

robbunting

The practice of "not doing or saying"...

Anger blocks communication and only causes harm. We must never act when we are angry and instead take time to calm down... go for a walk, focus on your breathing, listen to some music and once we calm down spend some time looking at why we got angry. We may have misinterpreted what was said. We may believe a hurtful thing was said on purpose but they may have just been clumsy, or they may be upset themselves and this prevented them speaking kindly. Everyone has the potential to be angry or violent... but equally we all have the potential to also be calm, patient and kind.

Have a peaceful day
