A great deal of our Life is incredible... but it also has it's tough bits! When we look around at other people we often see worry, disappointment or anguish and we can also feel the emotions of sadness, loneliness and anger ourselves. Alot of 'suffering' is a low level constant anxiety or lack of fulfillment and we naturally want to be free of that.
So to make this better we need to fully understand the "Why" in relation to feeling nervous, tearful, hassled or down. Understanding brings relief as the emotions and mood swings have less power over us.
Practice recognizing thoughts and feelings for what they are and be comfortable in sitting with them until they pass.
