Can we practice when we are not practicing?
Is our Mindfulness just for when we sit and consciously breathe? What about in those moments when we have got swept along by Life and have forgotten to breathe... if we can identify when we have become distracted then this too is a type of practice.
So in this way all of our every day is practice.
We just need to see it as that.
