Let's change the way we 'think' about our thoughts... when you are aware of a disruptive thought pattern, refocus onto a positive activity such as gardening or going for a walk. By taking action we consciously change our Brain's behaviour, patterns and activity.
In other words, substituting healthy circuitry for negative circuitry... literally rewiring the Brain which is turn creates a positive shift in our Mindset.
