It is part of our nature to focus on the negative... we often ask ourselves what is wrong with a situation or person and this can quickly lead to upset and worry.
How about we start to ask the question "what is not wrong?"
wouldn't we stay more positive and have a happier, more peaceful mindset if we tried regulalry to to see the good in our every day rather than the bad?
Eevery day we can experience wonder-full... if only we open our eyes and stop from blocking ourselves... bluesky, clouds,, puddles, our food or the smell of coffee or baking bread, the sound of laughter or birdsong.
Aawareness of 'good-ness' is the practice of rightmind, helping us to stay calm, peaceful, happy and healthy.
