If we don't maintain our cars they can break down... if we don't keep on top of the cleaning our houses get dirty and cluttered... if we dont exercise and look after our physical health we can become ill... so how come for so many of us we assume our mental health will always be fine and then only do something about it when we become overwhelmed? Doing a small amount of daily practice in regards to our mental health can be the difference between coping and not.
Learning some techniques which keep us well are a great investment in our 'Self'. Mindfulness is not a 'get rich quick' scheme, it is a life long engagement.
