We can learn so much from observing the emotional responses of anger and hatred, as these are fundamental in the erosion of our natural flow state of tolerance, compassion and happy-ness.
Tolerance is not a weakness but comes from a deep rooted place of strength in which we choose not to 'react' with anger but instead use compassion to 'respond' to conflict.
By working on our anger and choosing a different 'position' we allow a calm, peaceful and happy mindset to grow.
