Every day ...

Every day we can experience moments where we might smile at something or someone, notice something beautiful, laugh at something or with someone, feel calmness in ourselves, feel grateful for our life ... every day we can also experience frustration, irritation, sadness, fear and confusion with something or someone ... so ... I have a question ... When we are fortunate enough to feel the joy of life, to smile, laugh, feel relaxed and calm, is all the annoyance, anger, anxious-ness gone? Are the worries about work and money, the irritation around other's behavior or even the addictive traits of ourselves gone? Or is it that in that moment of happy-ness we have chosen to focus on the positive? If we can 'choose' to experience the happy-ness why not work hard every day to develop the skill to 'choose' and seek out opportunities to feel good or different. Please try ... it makes such a huge difference to feel different.
