When we 'think' we are right, are we really?

Sometimes we get caught up in our own view and can become rigid or indignant. Our judgement becomes clouded then we can't see the truth of the situation. We can only see our version of that truth.
Taking a few moments to breathe in and out before speaking or acting is often enough to prevent us reacting or jumping in.
Does it even matter? In that moment whether we are right or wrong ... is it actually more helpful to let go of that need to score a point.
So ... forget being 'right'. Instead be kind.
This approach creates a new neurological pathway of calm responding. Then we experience peace and that spreads outward.
