I love being 'outside'... to look at and be 'in' nature. The balance and complexity, the organisation which rises out of the chaos of everything around us, the perfection of our eco-system and the notion that everything supports everything and that a fine balance exists of which we are a part.
When I struggle, feel overwhelmed, fearful or discombobulated, I go and spend time in the garden or take a walk up the hill and just breathe and look and listen and I always feel so much better, calmer, happier, balanced.
Out there is where the magic happens!
